GeoPilot Terms of Service

Service
GeoPilot changes selected browser-exposed location signals for testing, privacy and local-search preview workflows. It does not change IP, operating-system location, mobile GPS or third-party account history.
User responsibility
You are responsible for using the extension lawfully and for complying with the terms of sites you test. GeoPilot must not be used to misrepresent eligibility, evade enforcement, commit fraud or bypass geographic rules.
Free and Pro
The free feature set is available without an account. GeoPilot Pro is a one-time purchase for the account-level lifetime entitlement and the Pro features described on the pricing section at purchase time.
Payments and refunds
The price, taxes, seller or merchant of record, and payment provider are shown before checkout. Checkout may be provided by Waffo Pancake or another provider identified before purchase; when Waffo Pancake is shown as merchant of record, its buyer-facing payment, tax, receipt, refund, and dispute terms also apply to that transaction. You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the first GeoPilot Pro purchase if the paid entitlement has not been materially used. We also refund verified duplicate charges and will provide a reasonable remedy if a verified entitlement failure cannot be restored. Email [email protected] with the account email, order or transaction ID, and reason; never send a full card number. We aim to acknowledge requests within two business days. Approved refunds return through the original provider, whose settlement may take five to ten business days. A full refund, reversal, or chargeback revokes the associated Pro entitlement. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Availability
Browser, search-engine, map-provider and payment-provider changes may affect availability. We may update the extension to maintain compatibility, security or policy compliance.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
GeoPilot is provided “as is” and “as available.” Browser-exposed location signals and local-search previews may be incomplete, stale, or interpreted differently by a website, and do not guarantee IP location, account eligibility, inventory, pricing, ranking, legal compliance, or access to a region. Verify important results independently. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, reputational, lost-profit, or lost-data damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for GeoPilot during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Mandatory rights and liabilities remain unaffected.
Breach, suspension, and termination
You are responsible for losses or third-party claims caused by unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized use. We may warn, limit features, suspend service, revoke a Pro entitlement, or terminate an account for a material or repeated breach, fraud, chargeback abuse, security risk, non-payment, or legal requirement, acting immediately when necessary to protect users, the service, or a third party. Refunds after enforcement follow the refund policy and mandatory law. You may request account closure at [email protected]. If we permanently withdraw a paid feature for reasons unrelated to your breach, we will provide a reasonable remedy required by applicable law, including a refund where appropriate.
